How do I schedule an appointment?

          ~ You can schedule your appointment online, by phone or in person. However, the best and fastest way to schedule an appointment is through our online booking link.

Do you allow children at LoTy Beauty Retreat?

          ~ Due to health and safety obligations we respectfully request no children under the age of 14 (unless the child is receiving a service and the parent is present.)

          ~ If you arrive to your appointment with your child, your service provider may reschedule your appointment as well as charge a cancellation fee.

 

Is an appointment necessary?

          ~ All of our service providers operate on an appointment basis only. We highly recommend making your appointments in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation.

Do you offer gift certificates?

          ~ Each service provider may offer their own gift cards, which may be used solely for their services. LoTy Gift Card purchases can be used for salon products & merchandise.

What is your cancellation policy?

          ~ When you book your appointment through the booking links, you will be asked to agree to the service providers cancellation policy.

How do I choose the right services and products?

          ~ We have an online digital consultation form available for all new guests to fill out prior to having their first appointment accepted. Also, each service provider offers complimentary consultations and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. You can also schedule a consultation or give us a call for further assistance.

Why does everyone at LoTy have different booking pages?

          ~ We are a hybrid salon concept, which means a few of our artists are independent professionals and manage their own appointment bookings. BUT we love to help our artists out by assisting in booking their appointments and coordinating small schedule changes.
